Eshop Export is not working

Eshop Export is not working was created by BA Kellems
Attempted to export all product, got an error. So I tried exporting just categories and still received the error:An error has occurred.

0 Unable to write data


Joomla ver 3.10.9
Eshop ver 3.5.5

What other information do you need in order to fix this?

Hello BA Kellems,

I was aware of this issue. Please go to EShop configuration to save the configuration, then test again. The problem should be resolved then.
