Fields in back-end not mandatory

Hi,

I'm using the latest version (3.5.5) of EShop and noticed one problem. 
I've set up the customer fields and whitch of them are mandatory, but in the back-end in the address section non of this fields are mandaroty at all. 

What can I do to force the same fiels as mandatory?
