Restrict products by Geozones

Hi,
Is it possible to restrict products by geozones? For example I have lights for sale but with UK electrical fittings which are not suitable for overseas purchases. I have other products that are suitable for overseas, so I am looking for a way to stop overseas shoppers from being able to add the lights to the cart.
I am currently using the Shipping by Weight (with Geozones configured) plugin.
I was thinking that Customer Groups might be the answer, but then how does eShop automatically assign overseas customers to a group?

I think I have found a solution!
Using duplicate shipping by weight plugins, one for each geozone with the lighting products disabled in the overseas versions.
