Install on Joomla 4 was created by Ben Wolk
I tried to install EShop on a fresh Joomla 4 install. I received two error messages. 
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.
Unable to detect manifest file.

Got it! Extract first, rookie move.
