Developers response time

I've sent numerous emails to Dang and have not gotten a response with my inquiry, and posted pre sales questions that were not responded to. This is pre sales and the response time is bad which is not a good look. Is the lack of prompt response time to be expected with service as well (serious question, not being sarcastic)? Basically I guess I'm asking is this a business or a hobby (nothing wrong with that) for the developers, because I can't have my business dependent on a hobby that doesn't provide business timed responses.

I have the complete opposite experience. Have you tried a support ticket? I find that gets replies and help instantly. Had 2 in the past 2 days related to my template and they were both addressed immediately.
