Good morning, we are unable to send emails from the eshop budget form! When the customer visits the website, he clicks on the product and has the option to quote the price in the website window, opens the form, fills in the data, receives the information from an email sent but this does not enter my mailbox so that I can see the quote request ! it's not in spam, nothing garbage or in the server logs nothing appears.

Thank you for submitting the question here. So you meant that only customer receive the notification email while admin does not?

I am having a similar problem. After an update to php 7.4 Admin is not receiving any emails. We are only getting a notification from PayPal that an order has been made. I am using Joomla 3.8.8

Any suggestions thanks.

Hello
I have solved the problem - just not sure how. It started when I tried an update to PHP 7.4 then Joomla 3.10 which stalled and then tried rolling back to a backup version, . I did a re-install of Joomla 3.8.8 and it fixed the problem. Thanks for your offer.

Hello Elaine,

I think that's not too good way. I think you should still use latest version of Joomla. I just thought that you missed something in the settings of Joomla after updating it to the latest version.

So if you need my helps to check it on latest Joomla version, just submit new ticket so I can help.
