My order emails come through perfectly to both the store and the customer. However, I also set up the "Shipping Notification Email" under SYSTEM>MESSAGES,
I assumed that the "Shipping Notification Email" email would send when I entered the Shipping Tracking Number and Shipping Tracking URL in an order and ticked the two boxes to send and then save.
For some reason, no one gets these Shipping Notification emails. It's there something else I need to do to make this feature work?
