Can customer email be automatically sent to both the customer and another addres was created by Michael Tucker

Hello,

One of my payment methods is for the customer to obtain outside financing at a bank that I am partnering with. My question is there a way for the customer email for that payment method (os_offline1) to go to both the customer and the bank finance officer?

Also, is there a way to not include taxes for that payment method (the bank administers that)?
