Invoice issue

Hi mods! When orders are complete, we are able to download the invoice and print it, however once we have shipped the order if we change the status to shipped we cannot see the invoice. Is there a way that we can see the invoice number for shipped orders?

Hello ConnieMason,

Thank you for submitting the question here. Regarding your question: Yes, you can do that by going to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Invoice tab, at "Order Statuses For Invoice", please choose completed status and shipped status there.
