Manual order entry on admin?

We have a site that will be making about 80% of the sales via online like normal; however, about 20% of the sales, mostly phone sales, but also including some on-site sales at events, will need to be entered by a staff member on the admin side of the site. Some of the people purchasing (esp. those for the on-site events) will have a user log-in for the site, but we want to be able to 'place' the order form them, without them needing to log-in. Others will have no log-in, we have a 'one-time user' account in Joomla for those people.
On the Orders screen there is no NEW button. And I've looked around the documentation and the form and can't find anything that might show me how to do that (IF it is possible).

Anyone else doing manual orders? if so, how are you making it work?

I am sorry but currently, our extension does not supports the feature to add orders from the back-end side. I will work to add this feature soon.

Great. This is the one feature that is required of almost all of our ecommerce projects. I hope that it is available before we migrate to J4 (and that eshop is compatible with J4 also then).
