Thank you for submitting the question here. Currently, we only have the feature to assign label to featured products automatically. We don't have the feature to assign label to new products (within the specified time frame). If you want to have that, then it maybe requires to customize to EShop.
Please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can find a solution for you.
