in what way are the demodatas available?  Only as full quickstart?   Or alone, or maybe bundled with template only?

The sample data can be added easily by going to EShop -> System -> Tools. Please read more about it in the documentation here eshopdocs.joomservices.com/system-manage...add-sample-data-tool
