sort the dropdown of states in alphabetical order

sort the dropdown of states in alphabetical order was created by Gianluca
I have added new internal states for Italy.
Now in the checkout the list of states within the dropdown is not in alphabetical order becouse the order is based on the state id.

he had already solved this problem with the support ticket id = 107802. and that your solution would be included in the next version of E-shop.
