Quote Form fields

Hello
I love the E-shop component.. but i got some weird issue

When i fill the quote form in Cyrillic i got the error that my name is over 25 characters... i guess this issue comes from the Cyrillic encoding
Is there some way to change this setting as most of my visitors will be from my country and therefore write their name in Cyrillic
