how to use GEO zone different shipping cost for different cities

Hello.
i have 52 cities and each has different flat shipping price, and some has same price. all of those are in 1 region.
how do i use GEO zone feature or another feature for all these cities with their shipping prices?

Thank you for submitting the ticket here. I read your question:

1. First, you need to create the different geo zones to include the your country and the cities / zones. You should group the cities / zones which have same shipping price into a Geo Zone.
