eShop triggering Stripe Webhooks not connecting?

We are trying to open our site, but Stripe keeps saying that our webhooks are not being received back by eShop. Am I the only person in the universe having this problem? Is this something eShop needs to fix or can we fix it?

We're having the same issue on a site. After filling out the credit card details, when you submit something for purchase, the icon just spins and spins and never goes through. Our site is running the latest version of Eshop 3.3.1, the Eshop Stripe plugin 2.0.1, and Joomla 3.9.22.
