Save billing address for registered users to allow re-ordering

Hi team

Everything works out great when I register an account during the checkout.

I get auto-logged in, can see my order and edit my address.

But when I go to order something else - even though I am logged in, it asks for all my details again in Checkout...

Name, surname email address, everything!

Where is the setting to SAVE Billing address details (or at least auto-populate the fields) so that users don't have to type it in every time
