Reset download limit for a purchaser? was created by Peter Batchelor
Our shop has files limited to 2 downloads upon purchase.
Is there a way to reset this limit for a customer once they have downloaded an item twice?
Thanks, Peter

Hello Peter,

Unfortunately, there is no option to reset that limit of downloads now.

Sincerely, Giang
