Delay reply to Tickets ?

Hi All.

Is anyone getting delay for replies in the Ticket area ? I used to get quick response from Giang Dinh Truong. But now it's nearly 1 week and no reply.

P.S. Yes I have an active subscriptions.

I'm really hoping that someone from Joomdonation read in here.

It's been 8 days without replies in the ticket area.

We are really sorry Kurt. Giang (the maintainer of Eshop extension) is busy with his personal life these days and a bit slow with support. I just asked him to look at your ticket, you should receive response from him soon
