Links shared by Whatsapp doesn`t show thumbnail images was created by Jose Arellano

Hi,

I'm working with Joomla 3.9.13 and EShop 3.2.10

When I share the link of our products by whatsapp it doesn`t show the thumbnail of the product as ussually happens in other websites.

What should I do?

One attachment is of my website and the other one is of another site.

If it's at all helpful, I just wanted to say that when I test this on Whatsapp, my eShop images show up with the product.
