Choosing not to use a second language was created by Jim Parker
My website is dual language but I prefer that EShop be presented ONLY in Japanese.

Dear Jim,
Simply go to the back-end of your site, then go to Extensions -> Languages to choose Japanese as default language on both of front-end and back-end of your site.
