Advanced Search Module restrict Categories

Hi,

I don't seem to be able to restrict the Categories that are searched when using the Advanced Search Module. How do I do this please? I have one Category that has a Menu Item set to a specific type of Registered User (called Trainers) but these Products are available to the public if relevant words are used in the Advanced Search Module. Or maybe there is another way to stop these Products from being shown in the Search Results please?
