Ask Question Notification Email

Hi
I have multilanguage store and problems with Ask Question Notification Email.
There are optional tags [PRODUCT_NAME] and [PRODUCT_LINK], but not working.
In notification email I get [PRODUCT_NAME] , [PRODUCT_LINK] instead real product link.

One more....where I can edit layout for that email? Emails for orders are designed nice, but not this email.
Can we use some odther tags, like product image?

I'm having the same issue. Are there different tags to use for the [PRODUCT_NAME] and [PRODUCT_LINK] ?

In the latest version of EShop, the Ask Question Notification Email supports both of [PRODUCT_NAME] and [PRODUCT_LINK] tags.

1. [PRODUCT_NAME] tag will be replaced by real product name
2. [PRODUCT_LINK] tag will be replaced by real link to product.
