Seeking advice transferring Categories/Articles in to Eshop

New Eshop user seeking some advice please. I have upgraded a website to Joomla 3.8 and now want to transfer it over to EShop using the Fashion Pro Eshop template. So I have many Joomla categories and articles that I need to transfer into Eshop categories and products etc (on the same site). I believe EShop Import Pro will import Excel files, but what is the best way to export/convert my Joomla categories and articles to Excel, retaining links and images etc, for importing. Does anyone have experience in this, if so what extension did you use to EXPORT and prepare the Excel file prior to using EShop Import Pro and what advice can you offer? Thank you!

EShop Import Pro only allows you to import data from Excel file into EShop. If you can export data of Joomla categories, articles into Excel file, then you can use Ehop Import Pro to import them back to EShop.
