Sale of digital files

Hi,
I just started to get acquainted with the system and I want to make a website for selling digital goods (files).
I have a few questions:
- Where are the settings for selling digital files (I did not find)
- Can a customer buy a file on the site and get a link to instant download

Please read about how to setup downloadable products in the documentation at eshopdocs.joomservices.com/catalog/downloads

Once customer purchase downloadable products, they will receive the link to download them via notification email.
