Options Types not showing properly

I have tried all options types, Select, Radio, etc but they all show as below:
I thought it might be my template so I reverted back to the Joomla default and it is the same.
Using Joomla 3.8.8

Dear Mick,

The reason because you didn't enable the Shopping Cart mode of your store so the options can not be chosen.

It was because I had 0 quantity for products. When I added 1 it worked.
