"I am not interested in your newsletter" checkout option

Hi Giang, from May 25th in the European Union the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will enter into force. The regulation does not allow to collect an email address for newsletter purpose only because the user has not check the "I am not interested in your newsletter" option. A direct action is necessary to permit us to demonstrate that the user has give us an explicit permission to use the email address for this purpose. For the same reason it's not possibile to have a pre-checked option. Is possibile to change the behavior of the newsletter checkbox in checkout and have a not pre-checked "I am interested in your newsletter" checkbox? If you want to allow users to set the pre-checked option you can add a configuration option, usefull for not EU countries. Thanks in advance for your reply

Yes! Giang this is really necessary and mandatory in the European Union. Please add this option in the next version !.
