Text Area Limitations?

Hi all,

Can anyone confirm any limitations associated with the Text Area product option?

I have a Text Area with the majority of my products where buyers can enter engraving details etc. I need buyers to be able to enter 4-5 short lines. It has been reported (and I have confirmed) that if anyone enter 5 short lines (such as below), the page generates and error message when you click 'Add to Cart' - see attached screenie.

Any help as to why this is happening appreciated.
