Different Shipping costs within the same Geozone

Hi

At present trying to set up Eshop with a number of products that are shipped by quantity and hence have enabled the Quantity Shipping Plug in to accommodate this requirement with rates set accordingly which for at the moment covers 3 Geozones. (different shipping rates for each Geozone)

However, there is a product (Membership) which if paid for will not attract a shipping cost for any of the above Geozones.

Can Eshop cater for this requirement?.....and if so what is the most elegant way to set it up.
Looking at the online documentation I cannot see if it is possible to set what products fall into what type of shipping categories?
Hope I have explained what I am trying to achieve.
