Override layouts category

Hi. I would like to make an override of the category layouts view. What file default.php should I modify and in what folder it is.

You should overwrite the following files from the template:

components\com_eshop\themes\default\views\category\default.php
components\com_eshop\themes\default\views\category\default_category.php
components\com_eshop\themes\default\views\common\products.php
