Hide Shopping Cart Module When Empty

Is there any way to make the shopping cart module not exist or display as completely blank when it's empty?

I am sorry but it is impossible. The Shopping Cart module if is published will be always visible. When there is no products in the cart, it will say that the Shopping Cart is empty.

I think that's clear and useful for shoppers to see that.
