change order status

Hello,

I guess I have an issue with the order status and I can;t find the solution.
I just did 3 orders - one in pending, one canceled from PayPal and one paid.
All three show up as processing in my shop? why is that?

I am missing some settings?
Also, no email to administrator that there are orders.

Please help me, I am doing something wrong? Thank you in advance.

Can somebody help me please? The shop started to sell and the orders are not marked as paid.
Also, the orders I had yesterday are suddenly vanished from backend? I just logged now and I see no orders in the Orders page (administrator/index.php?option=com_eshop&view=orders).

I think the reason because missing the configuration in your PayPal account. Please following up the ticket to get the problem to be resolved.
