Options - not displaying properly

Hi,
On a product when i set it to "call for price" it no longer displays my options as a drop down. It just shows all the options.
If i change it back to a set price, it is fixed.
You can see by the attachment:
CallForPrice.jpg = what the front end looks like if i set it to call for price
SetPrice.jpg = What it looks like if i set a price for the product
Backend.jpg = the place in the backend that allows me to change that feature on the product.
