The Download and installation package are flawed

I purchased the eshop pro for $39.99. I dowloaded it. But I could not see the Quick Stat version that contains all the conents and images as shown on Demo. Nor the installation package that includes Joomla 3.5+

Please hurry up to clear this mystery.

When you purchase our EShop Shopping Cart extension, you just only received the EShop extension package. We don't include the our demo template as well as the quick start package of our demo site in the package. If you want to have the installation package of quick start, we will prepare it and send to you.

Please submit a new ticket to EShop so I will send you there.
