Missing Regions/States in dropdown during Checkout was created by Lynne Carlton-Bynder
No Regions / States are available in the dropdown during Checkout.

Is it just a setting somewhere? I can't figure it out.

You need to choose a country first, then Regions/Sates will be displayed.
