os_creditcard not showing in cart checkout

For some reason I don't have the option to choose the offline credit card option even though it's turned on EShop -> Plugins -> Payments
Any suggestions why?

The reason because you didn't choose Offline Credit Card as available payment options in the shipping plugin. Please go to EShop -> Plugins -> Shipping to edit available shipping plugins there and make sure to choose Offline Credit Card as payment plugins.
