Default Product Sorting by Newest Items

Default Product Sorting by Newest Items:

Is there a way to set the default Sort Order for all Products so that within all categories the default sort order is always showing the newest items added (newest to oldest)?

If not part of your current EShop package is there anyway for me to customize the code to do this?

Hello John,

You just need to go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Sorting tab, at "Default Sorting" choose "Product Latest First".
