Category name in product view

I have made my own template, and I have taken a quick look for what information I can use. But I miss the option to view the category name for a product in product view. Is it a easy way of adding this information in /views/product/default.php file?

Nevermind, I made my own function to view this information, but this information should be a part of the item object for the product.
