How to choose stock status of a product?

How to choose stock status for a product? It only appears "In stock" or "Out of stock", depends of the quantity!
How can I choose "2 - 3 Days" or "Pre-order" status?

In the newer versions of EShop, when editing a product, you can choose Out of stock status for that product. All of stock statues can be managed under EShop -> System -> Stock Statuses. You can read more about it at eshopdocs.joomservices.com/system-manage/stock-statuses
