Import from excell

Eshop product states that it is a "turn-key ready "out of the box" Joomla shopping Cart Solution and with a list of features under that including "Export/Import to CSV". Yet I am unable to find the documentation that expains how to do this - I can only find documentation that I need to Pay for another plugin in order to do this. Could you please send tell me how to do this under the feature that is included with the product?

Since EShop Import process requires much of our supports and time so we putted it as an additional add-on. After customer purchase it, I must always spend much of time to help customers to format the correct Excel file and import.

So I hope that you can understand that.
