Add Comments About Your Order

I would like to remove the label and field "Add Comments About Your Order" from the checkout steps:
Delivery method
Payment method
Confirm order

I have looked for options to remove this in the configuration and product data but can't find a setting.

Currently, there is no setting option to turn off the comment at checkout. If you want to remove it, please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site so I can help you to do that.

Is it possible to edit the text of, "Add Comments About Your Order" so that it reads something different like, "Please specify Dietary Requirement or Seating" ?

I'm happy to edit in code and ftp. Which file:line to edit and where is location on server? Is this possible?

You just need to go to EShop -> System -> Translation and filter by that text to translate it.
