Display selected Manufacturers as priority

I have a Suppliers Module on the front page of our Eshop Fashion Pro Template.
Is there a way to display priority Manufacturers in the module. Currently the last added Manufacturer will display as the first to be seen.
I can not see an option to do so in the Module

The module I am using is
Eshop Manufacturer
This module show manufacturers for Eshop

Advanced settings have been left as the Template default

In the latest version of EShop, the EShop Manufacturer module show manufacturers based on the orders of manufacters.
