Export Sample Eshop Import Pro error

Hi ... just attempting to download a sample excel file but it is corrupting ... when I open the excel page message reads :

<b>Fatal error</b>: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in <b>/home/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/administrator/components/com_eshopimportpro/libraries/Classes/PHPExcel/Writer/Excel2007.php</b> on line <b>227</b><br />
I use RSFirewall - do I need to set any permissions somwhere ...

Can't wait to use it ... best idea since sliced bread
