Is there a way to define a zone that is not a State, or is part of a State?
In the US, many states have several taxes that apply only to a part of the State. Example: The US State of Pennsylvania has a 6% sales tax. Unless you are in Allegheny County or Philadelphia County. In Allegheny there is an additional 1% county sales tax. In Philadelphia County there is an additional 2% county sales tax. So, a total of 7% and 8%.
Also, shipping is taxed.
