I need an Id

How do I know in php id the ID column of the table eshop_wishlists?

Here I can recover the $product-> id, $product-> BASE_PRICE and many more fields but do not know how to retrieve the ID of the whislist table.
When I add 2 equal to wishlist products differ only in the main ID, and that ID which need to recover.
