From where to link the shop? was created by Xavi Sanchez
I've been looking at the documentation and I saw that the shop should link from a menu but the client asks me to link to it from a normal link, not a menu option.
How I can link it from a link that is in an article?

You can create a "hidden menu" that wil be linked to the shop.
So, create an extra menu, that is not assgined to a module position.
Then you can create a link to that hidden menu.
Hope this wil help you,
Regards, Peter

Yes:
go to menus - Manage - add new menu.
Enter a name for Title, and for Menu type - like "Shop"
Click on "Save & close"
Click on the menu you have just created.
Click on "New"
Enter a title - like "Shop"
At Menu Item Type * select "Eshop - Front page"
Click "Save & Close"
Now, in your article you can create a link to "Shop" which is the alias of "Shop" which you have created in the menu.
Hope this will help you.

Hi,
A new problem:
I have tried by all means not having to resort to not bother you but I have run aground at one point.
When I created the wish list as menu option automatically created me whole user registration mechanism to see my list and the page that displays the wish list.
Now I created the menu of the cart but when I click me returns the error "The page is not redirecting properly".
Can you think of what could be the problem or need more information?
Thank you very much.

Hi Xavi, do you have a URL for the website?
I think the problem could be this:
Go to Eshop - System - Configuration - Options - Last item under articles:
Do you have there a "Standard Menu Item" ? It's needs to be filled in - None is not an option.
For the other problem: please go to Eshop - System - Configuration - Options - Articles
The catalog mode should be set to "No" to have the "Add to cart" button.
Hope this will solve your problems
Regards, Peter
