Small bug on unpublished Tax Rates

Hi,

I have the version 2.0.2 and it seems that when a Tax Rate is unpublished, it is still calculated in the final price.
So the only solution is to delete the specific tax rate completely or put a zero rate for disabling it and a real value for enabling it.

Does anyone has faced this issue?
