I am currently building a product that uses Options for sizing options. Currently eShop allows your to increase or decrease the product price by a set amount for product options, but I'd like to set a fixed price for options, so if I add 10 in the option price filed the price is $10 not +/- $10.

Is this possible?

Then you should put the original price is $0 and use +$10 for option value.
