Multiple Instances of eShop

Hello

Is it possible to install multiple instances of eShop in different directories in one site?

If this is not directly possible then would MightySites be a viable solution, or could anyone recommend another solution?

We will have one global site with multiple stores for a number of different agents (vendors).

I have a similar problem.
I have a single site but multiple sellers. I can control some of it with Categories but payments, contact info, etc seems to be limited to only one vendor.
Is there anyway it can be configured for multiple vendors.
