Price to display without tax

We have enabled tax on Taxable Goods. The Product tax setting is Taxable Goods. Now the price displays with the tax. It displays that way whether or not you are logged in.

What we need is for it to display the actual cost and we would like to have the tax only show up in the Checkout.
How do we do this?

Nevermind. I figured it out. It was a setting in the configuration that I had overlooked.

Configuration / Options / Taxes / Use Store Tax Address: [set to None]
